Candelaria, Claudia and Josep

Celebrations and recognition are part of our way of being. In fact, at ICT Filtration Group we see these “small events” as a way of coming together even more as a team and developing as individuals within the ever-demanding work environment.

In recent months we have had the opportunity to wish Candelaria Pernías a happy retirement, after completing the last thirteen years of her work with us; to recognize the work of Claudia García on her 25th anniversary at ICT Filtración; and to toast to the saint’s day and birthday of our CEO, Josep Crespo.

Candelaria
Candelaria has shared thirteen years with us. The last of her working years. We were lucky to find her, even better that she decided to join our team of professional stitchers and, of course, to have been able to count on her know-how during these years. A great professional, methodical and apparently calm, capable of transferring her passion for fashion and leather garments into a passion for nylon garments, especially for articles such as the star bags or Xylem bags, to which she confessed to devote a lot of care and attention.

Claudia
Claudia came to ICT Filtration in 1998. She used to sew couture clothing in a small workshop. She loves to sew mini-belts at work and clothes, costumes, curtains and whatever else she can think of on the sewing machine she has at home. Sewing, an activity that is part of his professional and private facets, makes more sense when the goal is to achieve less polluting industrial processes to preserve the environment or the recycling of garments, fabrics and other materials for the home.

Josep
Our CEO, Josep Crespo, shares the celebration of his saint’s day and anniversary with the whole team every year. It is a date that stands out in the ICT Filtración calendar and is eagerly awaited by all. Always attentive to details, to quality and to his people, this day is his day and everyone’s. And we celebrate it with a toast. And we celebrate it with a toast that beyond congratulations, symbolizes the union of all with the past, the present and the future that unites us.
