Adrià Crespo supera con éxito un reto de máximo nivel
Dicen que los objetivos tienen que ser improbables pero no imposibles. En ICT FILTRACIÓN nos estamos convirtiendo en especialistas en planearnos retos u objetivos que a priori parecen difíciles de superar pero que siempre, seguro, nos ayudarán a mejorar como personas y como profesionales.
Si superamos el reto aprendemos y nos marcamos nuevas metas. Si fracasamos, aprendemos aún más, volvemos a intentarlo y nos hacemos más fuertes. El equipo de ICT FILTRACIÓN ha trasladado esta actitud deportiva a su día a día al servicio de las industrias y del medio ambiente: ambos nos plantean retos apasionantes que nos motivan a superarnos, aprender y avanzar.
Primero fue la conquista del Elbrus en Rúsia, la montaña más alta de Europa; después la finalización de la Trailwalker 2011; más tarde conseguimos situar a un equipo en la cima del Gran Paradiso, un cuatromil en los Alpes italianos; hace pocos meses dos equipos de ICT FILTRACIÓN cruzaron la meta de la Trailwalker 2012. El último reto ha sido completar el durísimo Ironman de Nice. Lo consiguió Adrià Crespo, asesor técnico-comercial de ICT FILTRACIÓN.
Ser finisher del Ironman de Nice supone nadar 3,8 km en mar abierto, recorrer 180 kilómetros en bicicleta de carretera y rematar la faena corriendo una maratón. Todo de un tirón. Adrià completó el circuito en menos de 13 horas. Era la primera vez que se enfrentaba a una prueba de ultraresistencia y de esta dureza.
Aprovechamos para felicitarle por la hazaña, que se trabajó durante meses y meses de duro entrenamiento, y por trasladarnos su experiencia y fuerza al resto del equipo.

Adrià Crespo successfully completes a challenge at the highest level
They say that goals have to be difficult but not impossible. At ICT FILTRACIÓN we are becoming specialists in setting ourselves challenges and goals that on first sight seem difficult to overcome, but which always, without a doubt, will help us to be better as people and as professionals. If we are successful with the challenge we learn and set ourselves new goals. If we fail, we learn even more, we try again and become stronger. The team of ICT FILTRACIÓN has transferred this sporting attitude to their day-to-day work for industries and the environment: both pose exciting challenges which motivate us to become even better, learn and advance.
First it was the conquest of the Elbrus in Russia, the highest mountain in Europe; then completing Trailwalker 2011; after that we managed to get the team to the top of the Gran Paradiso, a 4000m peak in the Italian Alps; a few months ago two teams from ICT FILTRACIÓN passed the finish line in Trailwalker 2012. The latest challenge has been to finish the extremely tough Ironman competition in Nice. This was achieved by Adrià Crespo, technical commercial adviser of ICT FILTRACIÓN.
Being a finisher of the Ironman Event in Nice involves swimming 3.8 km in the open sea, a 180-km bicycle race and rounding it off by running a marathon. Without a break. Adrià completed the circuit in less than 13 hours. This was the first time he had participated in such a tough ultra-resistance event.
We take this opportunity to congratulate him on this achievement, which he prepared for with months of months of hard training, and on conveying his experience and strength to the rest of the team.
What will be the next sporting challenge for ICT FILTRACIÓN? There are many!

Adrià Crespo se distingue dans une compétition du plus haut niveau
On dit souvent que les objectifs doivent être improbables mais pas impossibles à atteindre. Chez ICT FILTRACIÓN, nous sommes devenus spécialistes dans la planification de défis ou d’objectifs qui, a priori, paraissent difficiles à atteindre mais qui nous aident à coup sûr à nous surpasser comme personnes et comme professionnels.
Si nous réussissons, nous apprenons et nous nous fixons de nouveaux objectifs. Si nous échouons, nous apprenons encore plus, nous réessayons et nous sommes plus forts. L’équipe d’ICT FILTRACIÓN a transposé cet esprit sportif au service des industriels et de l’environnement : tous nous présentent des défis passionnants qu’ils nous incitent à relever, en apprenant et en progressant.
Ce fut tout d’abord la conquête de l’Elbrouz en Russie, la montagne la plus haute du continent européen. Puis, la Trailwalker 2011. Ensuite, l’une de nos équipes a réussi l’ascension du Grand Paradis, un sommet de plus de 4000 mètres dans les Alpes italiennes. Et enfin, il y a quelques mois, deux équipes d’ICT FILTRACIÓN ont franchi la ligne d’arrivée de la Trailwalker 2012. Le dernier défi en date a été l’épreuve de l’Ironman de Nice. Notre conseiller technico-commercial, Adrià Crespo, l’a relevé.
Rejoindre la ligne d’arrivée de l’Ironman de Nice signifie devoir nager 3,8 km en mer, parcourir 180 kilomètres sur un vélo de course avant de couronner le tout avec un marathon complet. Et tout à la suite. Adrià a franchi la ligne d’arrivée en moins 13 heures. C’est la première fois qu’il participait à une épreuve de résistance d’un niveau de difficulté si élevé.
Nous profitons de l’occasion qui nous est donnée pour le féliciter pour cet exploit qu’il a préparé pendant des mois, fruit de nombreuses heures d’entraînement, et pour insuffler son expérience et sa force au reste de l’équipe.
Quel sera le prochain défi sportif relevé par ICT FILTRACIÓN? Il y en a bien d’autres!
