Reboilers made to order to suit the specific details of each installation.
Prior plan produced to allow the design to be checked, following confirmation of the order.
To prolong reboiler life, all models, whether with flat or convex bottom, feature an epoxy paint finish and/or any special treatments necessary. They can also work in a wide range of temperatures, depending on the material (carbon steel, 304L-316L stainless steel).
Preliminary study service using GOCO software to optimise the dimensions of the installation, saving energy and increasing the durability of filter elements.

Pneumatic and solenoid valves

Goyen and Mecair pneumatic membrane valves (remote control) and solenoid valves (control on the valve), quick-fit, threaded, clamp fitting, etc., are characterised by very quick opening and closing, high pulse speed rate and quick installation.
ICT FILTRATION also supplies spare parts: membranes, springs, warning lights and solenoids for all models available.

Warning light fittings

Warning light fittings are designed for remote control of diaphragm valves and those in “full immersion” type reboilers, built into the tank itself.
They are made in aluminium and then painted to achieve total protection against the abrasion that external agents can cause.
The coils and warning lights are activated by signals from remote electronic devices and are connected to the valves by 6×8-millimetre pneumatic pipes up to a maximum of 2 metres long.
For low-temperature use, all models are available with a thermostatically controlled heating system to avoid condensation.

Automatic cleaning sequencers

The Automatic Cleaning Sequencer is designed to control the cleaning cycle on dust capture filters, using an internal differential pressure monitor. This works when the pressure difference between the two chambers increases, sending a signal to start up the cleaning system.
There are different models, depending on the number of valves to be monitored. A digital display monitors functions and operations.

Monitoring, detection and breakage and particulate emission alarm devices

Particulate emissions in manufacturing processes must be measured to ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
The Mecair Goyen range of particulate emission probes, made up of the FFD, FFA and PEM models, uses a unique probe electrification technology that outperforms conventional triboelectric devices for monitoring emissions and detecting breakages in bags and pockets.


It drastically reduces down time thanks to reliable, effective monitoring of baghouse filter performance.
