Temporary filters

  • Do not affect fluid flow rate.
  • Custom manufacturing.

The sintering process optimises the permeability of the filter medium and minimises the risk of cross-contamination.

Temporary filters

Temporary filters

The TS1/TS2 series temporary filters are designed for industrial environments where product purity, process safety and regulatory compliance are key factors. They are installed between flanges to remove solid particles from fluid conveyance systems, preventing batch contamination and damage to critical equipment.

These filters can be used temporarily during plant commissioning, maintenance shutdowns, or as a permanent solution for the protection of sensitive equipment.

Applications of temporary filters

  • Protection: prevent damage to critical equipment.
  • Initial or targeted cleaning: remove residues from pipelines.
  • Quality assurance: prevent process contamination.

Key benefits

High particle retention capacity without affecting fluid flow rate.

Reduced equipment downtime due to failures.

Custom manufacturing according to specific process requirements.

Options with 2.2 and 3.1 certificates to ensure traceability and compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
