Pre-Layer
PRECap from ICT FILTRACIÓN is a product designed to form a “pre-layer” on filter bags for dust capture, with the exception of filters where the dust retained is to be packed for subsequent sale or those which go on directly to the process line.Experience shows that adding to the suction line a product which helps to form a neutral pre-layer over the bag during the start-up of a filter installation or after replacing the bag will benefit the said bag, prolonging its life.

Uses
The main uses of ICT FILTRACIÓN PRECap are in installations where the dust particles to be retained are highly corrosive. It can also be used in installations with high levels of humidity in order to neutralise this and so help to keep the bags clean. Sectors which use them include metallurgical and galvanic processes as well as co-generation plants, among others.Features
Thanks to its high absorbent particle content, PRECap is also able to loosen the initial layer which generally forms over any filter bag, so reducing friction loss in the filter due to the diminished compacting of the particles retained by the bags.
