Filter cleaning and maintenance components

The items manufactured by the TRIMEC brand are the perfect complement to all the dust capture products manufactured and sold by ICT FILTRACIÓN.

TRIMEC, an Italian firm with over 40 years of experience in the industry, manufactures all the components necessary for cleaning filter elements and supervising installations of filter equipment.

All its products, of which ICT FILTRACIÓN is the official distributor in Spain and Portugal, are aimed at both end users and filter manufacturers and engineering firms (OEM).

Custom reboilers

Reboilers manufactured on the basis of the measurements supplied and adapted to suit the specific details of the installation. Preliminary plan drawn up to check the design and confirm the order.

To prolong the life of the reboiler, all models, whether with flat or convex bottom, are finished with epoxy paint and/or the necessary special treatments: three coats of varnish, HDG or sandblasted, among others.

In order to make installation more convenient, there is the option of incorporating the seals into the valve outputs.

Domino miniboiler

Miniboiler designed and patented by TRIMEC for cleaning cartridge filters. A boiler is used for each of the cartridges, which allows highly effective cleaning due to the 7-litre capacity of each of the tanks.

These “mini tanks” are fitted directly above the cartridge and connected together in sequence. Activation of the first reboiler activates the second, the second the third and so on in succession. This is the so-called “domino effect”.

They are supplied with pneumatic pilot control in series or electronic pilot control. Pneumatic pilot control is supplied with the electrical component necessary to activate the first valve.

Pneumatic valves and solenoid valves

Pneumatic valves (remote pilot control) and solenoid valves (pilot on the valve) with threaded joints, characterised by quick opening of the membrane and a high shock wave which improves cleaning performance in the filter elements and reduces compressed air consumption.

ICT FILTRACIÓN also supplies the membranes and replacement springs for the solenoid valves and electrical pilot control devices.

Pilot Boxes

These pilot boxes are designed for remote control of the diaphragm valves and those in full immersion boilers which are built into the tank itself.

They are made from aluminium and then painted to ensure total protection against any abrasion which might be cause by external agents.

The bobbins and pilot controllers are activated by signals sent by remote electronic devices and are connected to the valves by 6x8mm pneumatic tubes up to 2 metres in length.

For use at low temperatures, all models are available with a thermostat-controlled heating system.

Automatic cleaning sequencer (ECOMATIC)

The RCM model automatic cleaning sequencer is designed to control the cleaning cycle for dust capture filters using an internal differential pressure monitor. This is activated when the pressure differential between the two chambers increases, sending a signal so that the cleaning system starts up.

There are different models, depending on the number of valves to be controlled (from 4 to 32). A digital screen does the job of memorising functions and operations.

Cleaning timer

Timer model designed for sequential tripping of the diaphragm valves according to the timing instructions set.

Both working time and idle time can be set, along with cleaning cycles.
