Helix filter tube models

Helix tubes are compact filters ideal for a wide variety of uses in dust filters. Their tubular shape means they take maximum advantage of the space available.

The models with an ePTFE membrane facilitate cleaning of the element and guarantee maximum filtering efficiency at all times. They can also be supplied without the membrane.

The small pressure differential they produce is one of the main advantages of this technology, especially in comparison with conventional filter elements with a rigid body based on sintered materials.

Conversion to the Helix compact filter system is very easy and opens up unprecedented possibilities for increasing on the capacity of conventional filters.

Helix specifications

  • Length: 200 – 1,800mm.
  • Diameters: 26, 30 and 45mm.
  • Operating temperature range: from -40°C up to 130°C.
  • Metal parts in galvanised steel, SS-304, SS-316, SS-304 and SS-316.
  • FDA execution, certified validity for use with food and pharmaceutical products.
  • Filtration materials available from stock with BGI certificate. Filter classed "M" and "H". DEKRA certified (examination). Electrical resistance <105 Ohm/cm. In accordance with EN1822-Test. Filter class HEPA H11-H13.
