GRASMET-L. Inertial baffle filter

Inertial baffle filter made with a AISI 430 / AISI 304 stainless or galvanised steel frame. Deflector baffles are fitted inside, laid out in such a way that the air circulating in it is forced to change direction suddenly in order to separate the liquid or grease particles. Fitted with front handles on both sides of the frame and with holes for drainage at the sides of the frame. Gravimetric efficiency: 80%. EN 779 class: G3
GRASMET-M. Metal mesh filter

Metal mesh filter made with a AISI 430 / AISI 304 stainless or galvanised steel frame. The filtering surface is made from corrugated woven metal fabric (430 / 404 stainless, no.16 , 0.28mm strand) with safety fabric on the outside. Fitted with front handles on both sides of the frame and with holes for drainage at the sides of the frame. Gravimetric efficiency: 70/75 %. EN 779 class: G2.

Knitted metal mesh filter made with a galvanised steel frame. The filtering surface is made from corrugated woven metal fabric with safety fabric on the outside. Gravimetric efficiency: 70/75 %. Options: Aluminium / Stainless steel. EN 779 class: G2.
PLA-CARD. Flat fibreglass filter board

Flat fibreglass filter board made using progressive density interlaced continuous strand fibreglass impregnated with a special gel to increase the filtering level and prevent the release of dust particles. Housed in a humidity-resistant board box. Can be made with a 98mm thick housing and 25mm thick synthetic fibre. EN 779 class: G3.
PLA-MET G4. Flat metal filter in synthetic fibre

Flat metal filter in synthetic fibre made using progressive density synthetic fibres housed in a metal frame with a steel mesh on one side and a strip spring on the other to facilitate replacement of the filter panel. This model can be made in fully disposable form and 48/98mm in thickness with fibreglass. Gravimetric efficiency: 95 %. Recommended final ?p: 250 Pa. Temperature: 80ºC EN 779 class: G4.
PLA-MET HT. Flat metal filter in synthetic fibre

Flat metal filter in synthetic fibre made using special fibreglass for high temperatures and a protective veil to stop these fibres coming away, housed in a galvanised steel frame with mesh on both sides of the filter. Gravimetric efficiency: 95 % Recommended final ?p: 250 Pa. Temperature: 300ºC. EN 779 class: F5.
QUEBRA-CARD. Frame filter board in twisted synthetic fibre

Frame filter board in twisted synthetic fibre made from a combination of twisted polyester and cotton fibres with a rustproof expanded metal mesh. As a finish, the folds are framed in a humidity-resistant board housing. Gravimetric efficiency: 95%. Recommended final ?p: 250 Pa. Temperature: 80ºC. EN 779 class: G4. Items in 1”, 2” or 4”
QUEBRA-MET G. Metal frame filter in synthetic fibre

Metal frame filter in synthetic fibre made using synthetic fibres of progressive density and twisted metal retaining mesh to guarantee good rigidity. As a finish, the folds are framed in galvanised steel. Gravimetric efficiency: 85%. Recommended final ?p: 250 Pa. Temperature: 90ºC. EN 779 class: G3. Models G3 & G4
