Polyurethane foam filter medium with polyester open cell base. PPI class 10-60. Panel format: 1000 x 2000 mm.
MR
High-performance, non-toxic, self-extinguishing progressive density heat-sealed polyester synthetic fibre filter medium. Models with protective veil over air outlet, protective grille at air outlet or adhesive treatment and protective grille. EN 779 class: G2/G3/G4/F5. Recommended final Δp: 150 Pa. Temperature: 90ºC. Fire behaviour acc. DIN 53 438: F1. Roll formats: 1 x 20 / 2 x 20 m.
Mrcpp
Carbon filters, folded and perforated on both sides, folded at the edges, for paint and varnishing booths. The resulting maze acts as an inertia separation filter. Recommended final Δp: 150 Pa. Temperature: 180ºC. Box formats: 0.75x10 / 0.9x10 / 1x10m.
Mrfv-Mrfvi
Fibreglass filter medium in progressive-density continuous woven strands impregnated with a special gel to increase the level of filtering to prevent dust particles being released. The FV series does not contain impregnation gel and its main use is to collect surplus paint in paint booths. Recommended final ?p: 250 Pa. Temperature: 100ºC. Fire behaviour acc. DIN 4102: Non-inflammable. Roll formats: FV – 0.5 x 20 / 0.66 x 20 / 0.75 x 20 / 0.80 x 20 / 1 x 20 / 1.5 x 20 / 2 x 20m / Panels to measure. FVI - 2 x 20 m / Panels to measure. EN 779 class: G2/G3/G4.
