Models

Constructed with an AISI 430 / AISI 304 stainless or galvanised steel frame. Deflector plates are fitted inside, arranged so that the air circulating in the system is forced to change direction suddenly in order to separate the liquid or grease particles. Fitted with front handles on both sides of the frame and openings for drainage in the sides of the frame. Gravimetric efficiency: 80%. EN 779 class: G3.

DIMENSIONS (mm)   –   CLASS  –  FLOW (m3/h)  –   Δρ INITIAL (Pa)   –   FILTERING SURFACE (m2)

Made with a 430 / 304 stainless or galvanised steel frame. The filter surface consists of corrugated woven metal fabric (430 / 304 stainless steel. no. 16 0.28 mm thread) with safety fabric on the outside. Fitted with front handles on both sides of the frame and openings for drainage in the sides of the frame. Gravimetric efficiency: 70/75%. EN 779: G2.

DIMENSIONS (mm)  –   CLASS  –  FLOW (m3/h)   –   Δρ INITIAL (Pa)   –  Nº. OF MESHES

Made with a galvanised steel frame. The filter surface consists of corrugated woven metal fabric with safety meshes on the outside. Gravimetric efficiency: 70/75%. Options: Aluminium / Stainless steel. EN 779 class: G2.

DIMENSIONS (mm)  –   CLASS  –  FLOW (m3/h)   –   Δρ INITIAL (Pa)   –  Nº. OF MESHES

Made using interwoven continuous glass fibre threads of progressive density, impregnated with a special gel to increase filtration and avoid the separation of dust particles. Framed in a humidity-resistant cardboard box. There is the option of making it in a 98 mm thick box and in synthetic fibre with a thickness of 25 mm. EN 779 class: G3.

DIMENSIONS (mm)   –   CLASS  –  FLOW (m3/h)  –   Δρ INITIAL (Pa)   –   FILTERING SURFACE (m2)

Flat metal filter in synthetic fibre made of progressive density synthetic fibres set in a metal frame with a steel mesh on one side and a leaf spring on the other to make it easier to replace the filter panel. There is the option of making this model entirely disposable and 48/98 mm thick in glass fibre. Gravimetric efficiency: 95%. Recommended final Δp: 250 Pa. Temperature: 80ºC. EN 779 class: G4.

DIMENSIONS (mm)   –   CLASS  –  FLOW (m3/h)  –   Δρ INITIAL (Pa)   –   FILTERING SURFACE (m2)

Flat metal filter in synthetic fibre made using special glass fibres for high temperatures and a protective coating to stop these fibres separating, set in a galvanised steel frame with mesh on both sides of the filter. Gravimetric efficiency: 95% .Recommended final Δp: 250 Pa. Temperature: 300ºC. EN 779 class: F5.

DIMENSIONS (mm)   –   CLASS  –  FLOW (m3/h)  –   Δρ INITIAL (Pa)   –   FILTERING SURFACE (m2)

Card frame filter in crushed synthetic fibre made using a combination of crushed polyester and cotton fibres with a rust inhibiting expanded metal mesh. As a finish, the folds are framed in a humidity-resistant cardboard box. Gravimetric efficiency: 95%. Recommended final Δp: 250 Pa. Temperature: 80ºC. EN 779 class: G4. References in 1″, 2″ or 4″.

FRAME THICKNESS  –  DIMENSIONS (mm)   –   CLASS  –  FLOW (m3/h)  –   Δρ INITIAL (Pa)   –   FILTERING SURFACE (m2)

Metal frame filter in crushed synthetic fibre made using progressive density synthetic fibres and crushed metal retaining meshes to ensure good rigidity. As a finish, the folds are framed in galvanised steel. Gravimetric efficiency: 85%. Recommended final Δp: 250 Pa. Temperature: 90ºC. EN 779 class: G3. G3 and G4 models.
